We are currently working with a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company), that has $50 Million in cash. They are looking to acquire a private company that is doing a minimum $10 to $15+ Million EBIT. Ideally, the Company could be in the Infrastructure, Healthcare, Real Estate, alternative energy space, although they are open to other sectors.
